What Herbs Are Good for Skin Care?

Skin is one of the most delicate parts of our body which acts like a wall between the inner human body and the outer environment. Among them oily skin is the most sensitive and is more prone to acne because due to its oily nature it attracts dirt and bacteria more easily. Water and soap act as the most efficient cleanser available. But if an individual is interested in a natural cleanser then she can use water and lemon juice, which works very effectively in eliminating dirt and oil from the skin. Jasmine is another natural product, which helps to keep the skin smooth and soft and works amazingly on oily skin.

Carica papaya is excellent for getting rid of freckles thus making the skin look younger. Coconut when used externally works wonder on the lips making them soft. Sunflower is often used for massaging for its soothing and calming effect. Lemon juice has high content of vitamin C, which has an antioxidant effect thus helping the skin to replenish faster. It also helps in reducing dark scar marks. Cucumber also has soothing, softening and healing properties. The fruit of Indian gooseberry has acrid, cooling, laxative and refrigerant effect on the skin. It is also rich in vitamin C and is usually used in hair dyes.
